The Space:
Bright and warm, this spacious two-storey Arrowtown holiday home is furnished for comfort and style. Large picture windows let an abundance of natural light into the open-plan living space, where a fully equipped kitchen is perfectly laid out to ensure no-one is ever left out of the conversation.

The wood burner keeps you cozy on a winter getaway and the complimentary WIFI and Smart entertainment system offering a range of viewing options, Arrowtown Mountain View Retreat offers all the essentials and more to ensure a fabulous stay.

Guest Access:
There is plenty of off safe off street street parking. The driveway can easily accommodate a large campervan.

The Neighborhood:
You will be situated amongst other high quality homes in a quiet prestigious street featuring trees, cobblestone street pavers and schist feature walls.

Getting Around:
Arrowtown offers a central base for year round travel to the Queenstown Lakes area. Mountain View Villa is just a 1-minute drive, or 5-minute walk, from the Millbrook Golf Resort, where packages for day use of the fantastic facilities are available.

You're also only a 20 minute walk to the Arrowtown village, and a great network of cycle and walking trails that will lead you to various places of interest in the area.

For adventures further afield, Arrowtown Mountain View Retreat is a 15-minute drive from Queenstown, and Wanaka is just 50 minutes drive away. Lake Hayes, perfect for summer swimming, walking, and boating, is also just 10 minutes away.

Other Things to Note:
There is a small attached studio and bathroom which is completely separate and is not rented to guests.

The hot tub is a large gas fired wooden hot tub. To heat it up, a gas burner needs to be lit for about 4 to 5 hours in the middle of winter. The water is not treated and is completely drained and refilled between guests. If you need help or would like it heated before you arrive, please let me know.

Please note that our cleaning fees include a full set of fresh linen including sheets, pillow cases and towels. Additional cleaning and linen can be ordered for longer stays.

The ring door bell is mounted on the front door. It has a camera that faces the street when the door is closed. The camera will point up at the stairs if the door is left wide open. It is used to communicate with visitors, guests and couriers if required.
