"Upon arrival, they booked us in a room that was being renovated. The staff then asked if I could have one room for one night, then move the next as they were booked. I said, if you can't find a room, lets just process the refund. To which the staff member said "Are you not happy with your room".... I didn't have one... "People drinking in the pool area not paying attention to their kids climbing up the slide and throwing footballs around which hit my husband, also they were all sitting around the hot tub not even in the hot tub! Breakfast was okay but I burnt myself really badly on the waffle maker as the waffle got stuck and we had no utensils to get them out other then that great friendly staff and he try accommodating we will definitely be back"
