Our suites are named after locations on West Lake. You would be staying in Echo Bay. This is a 1 queen room with everything provided. It has a small living room with a smart tv and cable tv. There is a couch and 2 chairs so you can relax after a day at the lake.
There is a kitchen with a microwave, coffee pot (k cup and grounds), toaster oven.

You will receive an email with step by step instructions on how to find your suite. You will receive a text message 24 hours prior to stay with the door code.

We offer keyless entry into all of the units at Stay Properties. You will receive a custom code 48 hours before your check-in. We do offer early check in for a fee, please contact us for more information.

Our facility is 3 levels of short -term suites. We also have a roof top patio that you access on the 2nd level. By the door to the patio we have a closet with extra bedding, cooking items you may not find in your room. Ironing boards, iron and a vacuum if you need it.


During the summer, walking is probably your fastest form of transportation in Okoboji. Bring the wagon, scooters and bikes for the kids. We are located right on the bike trail for the Iowa Great Lakes.

Stay Suites is on the 2nd level of the former 316 building. There are 13 steps to get to these suites. We do offer a roof top patio with a great view to the north. We do not have a grass area at this location.
This is not a good location for a bachelor X party. There are 12 airbnbs at this location so you do have neighbors.
We are not a pet-friendly property. Our busy location and high guest turnover mean we cannot accommodate the extra cleaning pets require. If you need special accommodations, please let us know before your stay so we’re all on the same page. Service animals must remain with their owner at all times and may not be left alone in the property.
