  • The Studio is located in South Armidale, 2.5 kilometres from the CBD and close to the railway station, public transport, golf club, art gallery, restaurants, in a quiet tranquil location.

    Private self contained large modern studio with newly renovated kitchen and bathroom

    Separate bedroom with Queen sized bed, digital television and desk

    Large ensuite bathroom which includes a washing machine, hairdryer and toiletries.

    Large, modern, fully equipped kitchen including full size gas / electric stove, and electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, crockery and cutlery and tea/coffee making facilities

    Continental breakfast and fresh fruit provisions available on request.

    Self contained laundry facilities in the ensuite bathroom

    Elegant lounge room contains digital television, DVD player, radio, CD player, and reading material

    WiFi internet connection

    The Studio is warmly heated and has electric blanket and wool doona

    Garden setting

    All linen and towels provided
    Single fold up bed for additional person
    Unfortunately due to the size of The Studio and cleaning costs we can not accept one night stays.

Won’t find better!

You’d be hard pressed to find a better place to stay. Toni & David were great with their communication prior to our stay and The Studio met every expectation during our 3 nights away. Well appointed, clean and in a lovely quiet area, I will have no hesitation in staying here again.

Quiet retreat in Armidale

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The owners were very helpful and friendly, and the property was fully equipped with all that we needed. Quiet location, very comfortable and close to all facilities in Armidale. Highly recommended.

Very comfortable and super quiet

Very comfortable, clean and quiet place, a separate dwelling on the same property as the hosts. Fully self-contained, including a washing machine and even a line out the back! Close to the railway station, but a good walk from the CBD. Toni was a great host. I would stay here again!

Toni accommodated my family’s sleeping needs perfectly. The cottage is very well equipped and perfectly set up for 2 people and nicely accommodated a few extra bodies over our sporting weekend. Nice quite location.

Great studio with everything you need

It’s a great studio. Full kitchen with oven and dishwasher. Property is well maintained and gardens are gorgeous. Would stay again. Only thing I didn’t realise is that the studio/flat is closer to the main house than expected. Also, there is no off street parking. It’s a quiet street though.

A home away from home

We had a wonderful weekend getaway in this 1 bedroom unit. The place was very clean and comfortable with everything that we needed and good heating to take away the winter chill. Toni was a great host, friendly and accomodating. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Lovely property

Very cozy and clean property. Had everything we needed. 2 tv's was great. Nice quiet neighourhood but still close to town center. Owners are very friendly and helpful. Only drawback is you have to park on the street.
