"Room clean was standard, staff behaviours very good , breakfast not upto the mark. Guests had no option. Shops nearby is costly."

"Great location .. right in the heart of the city.."

"The rooms are great as well as the staffs are well behaved."

Desk is fully staffed all day but English & ability to deal with online bookings take some time & effort. Bring screenshots of online bookings for best results."

"This property is not at all what shown online or in reviews. It is worse than a 1 star. Lowest level of cleanliness, not at all safe and creepy staff."

"Good enough for a night stay"

"Worth the money I paid but outdated interior. The hotel desperately needs a makeover but has massive potential. Ideally located in the middle of new market so sky’s the limit for this hidden gem of a hotel"
