"Excellent location! So easy to get to from airport (take light rail to byparken, walk 2 blocks). So easy to get to cruise ports, too. Can walk easily with luggage (even in the snow). "Apartment is very nice and as described. Communication with the owners is spotty at best. Even following the directions in the guest guide only resulted in one response to one question. When I enquired about an item left behind, there was no response at all. "

"I wish I had known that our room was on the 5th floor, attic apartment with a sloped roof. I'm tall and could only stand upright in the center of the room. I also wish I had paid attention that there was no elevator. The whole building has been beautifully renovated, but the apartment on the top floor does not look like the photos, because of the sloped roof. I appreciated the washer and dryer though. And the location near the ferry and the historic part of town was convenient. "

"Hotellet som sådan er kjempefint og veldig flott oppusset. Rett og slett stilig. Frokosten er helt fantastisk, med vanvittig bra utvalg. Servicen er også upåklagelig, veldig hyggelig resepsjon. Det som dessverre trekker mye ned, er at man, for å spare penger, har beholdt badene fra det gamle hotellet og endt opp med 4-stjerners rom og 2-stjerners bad. Jeg måtte først bytte rom, fordi det var så mye mugg på det badet jeg fikk, og deretter fikk jeg et bad der gulvet var skjevt og jeg endte opp med...
