"The host was excellent, very nice little cottage on the lake. Amenities were set up very well, the description was exactly what it was. Very happy customer! "

"There is no elevator or work out room at this facility. I found hairs in my bed. It’s on a busy street and very noisy. The breakfast was mid. Be careful on your bill they charge an “energy reclamation” fee of 3 1/2 % of your room charge on top of all of the other ridiculous fees such as the 7% occupancy fee per day. If you are traveling south to get to the property you need to make a u-turn so it is inconvenient to get to. I would not recommend."

"We saw multiple mice during our three-day stay. When we contacted the host, he said this happens and he already knew about it, and there was poison in the kitchen. He never apologized or offered to make it right. We ended up leaving early due to the number of mice that we saw. The house was also left unlocked for multiple hours before we checked in with keys visible on the counter. We did not feel safe or comfortable staying in this property. Kathy went above and beyond providing favorite spots to explore, restaurants, even sent info on last minute pop up events/food trucks, etc. The hot tub was the perfect spot to decompress and listen to the sounds of nature. The cottage was immaculately clean and cozy."
