"The owners were very communicative. Very easy check in. Nice little home. Great location if you aren’t wanting to stay in town. The couch did have a bunch of dog hair under the cushions which made us not want to sit on it. The bed was horribly uncomfortable. The family room was a super cool set up with fun activities. We had the perfect stay...the very large and beautifully decorated amenities, coffee/tea station, the hot tub, extremely comfortable bed, location (close to town, but far enough away that you don't hear traffic). "Perfect little one bedroom cabin. The place is clean with contemporary furnishings. It is well furnished with kitchen items, and the king bed is comfortable. They provide nice products for showering and plenty of towels. We appreciated having the fenced yard for our little fur kid. The acrylic patio cover allows light into the living room but also offers cover to sit out and enjoy the afternnon shower out back. "Communication with the host was great! We absolutely LOVED the location- we walked to have dinner & drinks several times, and you're so close to trails both north and south of Sedona. The amenities for this place, along with the views CANNOT be beat! The only thing I'd be aware of, is if you're a light sleeper, bring earplugs in case people are staying on the 2nd floor.
