VILLA IL CORTE - AREZZO AREA

Part of an ancient farmhouse, a mill part of the same family and handed down from father to son for generations since 900s, Villa Il Corte is an important landmark for the local community. On the ground floor, you can still find the ancient millstones used to produce flour hundreds of years ago. The villa is just 14 km from Arezzo where you can find many restaurants and shops and only 2km from the nearest village where there is a trattoria, a pizzeria, small shops and a pharmacy.

The house develops over two floors.

On the ground floor we find a bathroom with shower and a wide kitchen with access to the external area.

On the first floor, accessed via an external staircase only, we have the living/dining room with TV, kitchenette with wood burning oven and access to a small terrace with table and chairs. From this room, we access another living room with sofas, another dining room, bathroom with shower, a bedroom with two single beds, a double bedroom and another bathroom with shower. These rooms are connected via a few steps.

Outside, there is a private swimming pool (10 x 4m; 1.4m deep) with sun lounges and external shower, large terrace with table and chairs and a well-tended vegetable garden.

Facilities: fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, American coffee machine, iron and ironing board, high chair, baby stroller, barbecue, satellite TV, toaster, hairdryer, fly screens on the windows, Wi-Fi Internet.
