Magnificent home in exceptionally quiet area with spectacular Maresme coast and Montseny mountain views.
Just 30 minutes from Barcelona and 20 minutes from Lloret de Mar, Blanes, Costa Brava.
Fully equipped, very comfortable and comfortable with typical building in the area of ​​Maresme and Costa Brava.
Beautiful garden with automatic irrigation, BBQ area and private pool with a large terrace with loungers and parasol. Barbecue area with large garden table.
The house consists of 3 double bedrooms and a suite with terrace and private bathroom.
As required by the regulations governing the rental of holiday homes in Spain, we require the guests (name and surname, date of birth and identity card number or passport)

Zu empfehlen

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub hier. Das Ferienhaus hat alles, was man braucht, ist aber an mancher Stelle schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was einem schönen Urlaub aber keinen Abbruch tut. Einzig der Backofen könnte mal erneuert werden, funktioniert aber. Alle Fenster sind mit Moskitoschutz ausgerüstet, was sehr gut ist, da es zum Abend einige Moskitos gibt. Ein weiterer Vorteil ist, dass alle Zimmer mit Deckenventilatoren ausgestattet sind. Der Pool ist schön und wird immer sauber gehalten. Die Vermieterin und ihre Tochter sind sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.

Fantastic property in Arenys

We had a wonderful 10 day stay here and it couldn’t have been better. Beautiful house, many bedrooms, bathrooms, balconies, BBQ, close to the sea and very large pool on site for which we all enjoyed! A short car ride to town or the supermarkets and 45 min train ride to Barcelona. Fantastic place - we had an amazing time .

Très bonne expérience, au calme, maison agréable et super piscine

Très bon séjour, très bon accueil de Julia. La piscine est top. On est proche de Barcelone (30 mn) mais au calme … plage à pied (moins de 10 mn) Super terrasse pour repas en famille et entre amis (on était 8) Ventilateurs dans les chambres mais une Clim serait bienvenue pour des nuits plus fraîches … projet en cours apparemment

Best host ever!

We somehow failed to realize that 1) the house was uphill, far from any grocery store, and 2) there were in reality only one shadowy place to sit and eat (balcony). But when that is said, everything was really nice, and the host was very hospitable, service-minded and informative. She even brought a new coffee machine when we could not figure out how the old one worked and thought it was broken (it was not - we just did not figure out how to use it).

Wij nooit meer en zou het niemand aanraden

De ligging perfect, van buitenaf gezien erg mooi, het zwembad is heerlijk, de verhuursters( moeder en dochter zijn erg vriendelijk. Slechte bedden, veel te zacht, spiraal kapot, slecht bankstel, (zit op hout), 2 tafelstoelen kapot, absoluut nergens lekker kunnen zitten, je krijgt overal een houten kont, vel licht in de woonkamer. Keuken zeer oud en slecht onderhouden. Koekenpan stond bol. 2 badkamers waren goed, alleen nergens kon je de deuren op slot doen. in de badkamers is ook de wc. Warmwater: dit gaat doormiddel van een elektrische geiser, slaat constant af en ook als je onder de douche staat, heb dat ding veel moeten resetten. Kleding kasten geen leg planken, was dan in sommige kasten een kastje in gezet. In het gehele huis hangen de handgrepen op halfzeven. Veel vloer tegels stuk. Het huis is ontzettend gehorig, bv. als iemand op de 2e etage hoest hoor je dit in de woonkamer, ook al zijn alle deuren dicht. Geen airco in het huis, wel op iedere slaapkamer een vin. BBQ kon niet gebruikt worden ivm met zeer veel roest. Dus daar nooit meer, zonde van het geld en te veel ergernissen over de accommodatie

A very nice home in a beautiful little town

Julia’s house was a great vacation home for us! It has everything you need to enjoy your stay. The location is awesome…easy to get in and out, a pretty quiet neighborhood, and easy to drive to all the places in Catalunya that you will want to go visit. Julia was very responsive and helpful. A wonderful host!

Wonderful Sunny time

We had a lot of fun and the house was just the right size for us all . It was close to everything as advertised and even Barcelona was just up the road. Only downside was the mosquitoes that chewed the heck out of me. Would recommend it to any one looking for a quiet lace in an ideal location.

Good for the price

Overall nice stay. Interior was old but and could be renewed but everything was working. Kitchen is equipped with basic but all we needed. Beds could have been more comfy but that is to personal feeling. Location is really close to the beach. For groceries you have plenty of options but need a car. Train station is also close by if needed.

Perfekt für Familienurlaub

Die Villa hat ausreichend große Schlafräume für die Anzahl der Personen und ist sehr schön in einem Vorortbereich von Arenys de Mar am Hang gelegen. Der Gehweg zum Strand ist kurz (ca 10 Minuten) und zum Abkühlen kann man jederzeit in den eigenen sehr schönen relativ großen Pool springen. Insgesamt ist es dort ruhig (für Teenager vielleicht etwas zu ruhig) und man kann sehr gut entspannen und den Blick aufs Meer genießen. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und reagiert innerhalb von Minuten. Check in und check out völlig unproblematisch. Es könnten evtl ein paar mehr Liegen am Pool zur Verfügung gestellt werden und auch ein oder zwei Sonnenschirme für den Strandbesuch wären super. Insgesamt ein absolut zu empfehlendes Erlebnis und eine tolle Gelegenheit die Gastfreundschaft des Landes genießen zu dürfen. Danke dafür!

Schönes Haus, zweckmäßig ausgestattet mit super Pool

Das Haus ist schön und sehr praktisch aufgeteilt. Der Pool hatte im Juni schon eine sehr angenehme Temperatur. Das Meer ist zu Fuß ca. 15 Min entfernt. Für einen Urlaub mit Teenagern ist das Haus ideal.

This Villa is lovely

The villa is in a fantastic location with the beach at the end of the road. The town is really nice with some great restaurants and the beaches are beautiful. The villa itself is lovely. Great indoor space with really good bedrooms, especially the top room. The outdoor space is amazing! The balcony on the top floor has beautiful views of the sea and the main outdoor space is perfect for dinner and relaxing. The pool is great and a fantastic area to relax in the sun. I highly recommend this villa. It has everything you want and need for a great holiday. The owner Julia and her daughter were so nice too. They couldn't have made the check in and check out any easier. 5 star rating from me. Many thanks.

Heerlijke huis en omgeving

Alles is in de buurt het strand de supermarkten Je hebt heel veel steden in de buurt zoals Barcelona en Lloret de Mar wij hebben daar genoten van het strand en winkelen en eten Verder was Julia en haar dochter super aardig . Maison et plage tres agreables

Globalement tres bien. La maison avec la piscine parfaites. La plage n est pas bondee de monde. Ville catalane avec peu de touristes. Point d attention les chiens des voisins qui aboient longtemps la nuit.

Outstanding!

My family of 5 enjoyed a blissful 2 weeks here. We didn't want to leave. The house itself is beautiful with all our needs taken care of. A little bonus was the "suite" and private terrace on the top floor for my husband and I. We dined on the large terrace overlooking the pool. The kitchen was fully appointed with masses of crockery and utensils. The large fridge freezer enabled us to store all those little treats. The outside space was stunning with immaculately kept gardens. The pool was a little slice of heaven. It was beautifully warm which allowed for many lazy hours bobbing about taking in the peace and quiet. The beach was within walking distance and the town and supermarkets 2 mins away by car. The town of Arenys de Mar hosted some lovely restaurants and bars, and although not overly touristy it met all our needs. We had an amazing fine dining experience at restaurant El Mot and receommend a visit there but book beforehand. Finally a huge thank you to Julia and her daughter Judith for making us so welcome and being on hand for our every need. We have used HomeAway for the last 4 years and have never been let down. This however has been the best to date.
