"This is a beautiful boutique hotel conveniently located in the city centre, just steps from the railway station. Our room was large, nicely decorated, and comfortable. The only suggestion we have is to install more USB ports. If you're staying here, make sure you have enough adapters for all of your chargers, etc. We'd highly recommend this hotel!"

"The staff at this property were all professional, friendly and helpful, they had a really impressive rapport with each other which was clear to see. the food was well presented and cooked and the taste was of a high standard, both at our evening meal and breakfast. the only issue we had was that the air con system kept us awake throughout the night which was really disappointing as we had booked to rest and recuperate before my next major surgery, instead of leaving replenished and recharged we...

"My single bed room was small but everything worked okay. TV, Hot water kettle, AC, mini fridge. My room was on the back side of the hotel so it was quiet. No street noise or train noise. Very quiet. Coffee, sugar cream and towels were restocked daily. Check in and out was easy. Nice large lobby with plenty of chairs and couches. Hotel is next to the Leeds Train Station. Very convenient."

"A lovely clean hotel, very big room with kitchen, loung,bedroom and ensuite with huge TV in both lounge and bedroom. Very friendly helpful staff. Rooftop bar and dining area. Very good value for money. Close to the train station and handy for shopping. Have already booked another room for later in the year."

"Note the hotel is surrounded by bars open until 4am and 6am and if your room is facing out on to the main road you might be in for a very sleepless night. The hotel have very little empathy, just along the lines of what do you expect, its in a city centre hotel,.thats the general attitude. Also outright lied and said they offered an alternative room which when i asked at reception was actually told an outtright "no we are fully booked but there are earplugs provided in your room". Such a shame...

"Dirty bathroom, air conditioning didn’t work and the room was advised with a balcony which wasn’t a proper balcony with being a corner room its was tiny. The place was under renovation. Just poor wouldn’t stay there ever again."
