"The house was very clean. The outside of the house could use some sprucing up but the interior was fully furnished and had everything we needed. Shower hot water lasted very short but both showers were going at the same time. Interior lights upon entering are older and there is no switch for them. Other than that, I was impressed with the location and interior. Felt like a true lake house. "

"The house was just as it’s described and pictured. The hosts were very responsive to any questions we had. We were visiting family in nearby Punta Gorda, so the location was perfect for us. "El hotel muy bonito la limpieza en general exelente la comida no es buena casi no comimos porque no nos gusto pero fires del hotel hay muchos restaurant muy buenos la piscina familiar el agua muy fria no tenía calefaccion solo las de adultos asi que si vas con niños piensalo porque el agua de la piscina esta muy fria tampoco tienen en la piscina alitas de pollo que por lo general todos los hoteles tienen ese no lo tiene en el area de las piscinas los tragos pesimos tienen muy poco personal y para terminar el señor Hamo no se bien pronunciar su hombre el atiende en la piscina se molesto cuando mi esposo le chiflo llamandolo porque no sabia su nombre y le dijo que no le chiflara que su nombre es Hamo no se decirlo bien es uno Flaco alto y de barba grande me senti incomoda y sorprendida en la forma que Hamo reacciono pero bueno entiendo que están desperados por faults de personal y contratan a cualquiera espero esto no suceda con otra persona en el futuro "
