Opposite the Thiers jetty, from which shuttles leave for Cap Ferret and the Banc d'Arguin, Cocoonr Agency offers you this apartment with a magnificent sea-view balcony. Located in the heart of Arcachon, you can walk directly to the beach, just 50m from the apartment!
The 60m² apartment is very spacious and is on the 1st floor with elevator. We look forward to welcoming you for a weekend in any season, or an incredible vacation on the basin!

The apartment is composed as follows:
- A living room with TV, sofa bed, dining area, large closet, opening onto the balcony with bay window, overlooking the basin!
- A fully-equipped kitchen with induction hob, ridge, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter and Senséo coffee makers, storage space, washing machine (in the adjoining laundry room).

At lunchtime, let yourself be tempted by an oyster tasting in one of the Bassin's oyster ports - the port of La Teste awaits you, from Gujan, at the Arcachon or La Teste market (bring a container if you'd like to have them opened, and don't go too late for this request), then set off to conquer the majestic Dune du Pyla!
Feel like taking to the open sea? Regular boat shuttles are available from the Thiers jetty just opposite the apartment, to Cap Ferret, Ile aux oiseaux and the famous cabanes tchanquées!
The Banc d'Arguin, transparent water, paradise on earth! Descent of the Leyre, to the ornithological park at Le Teich, choose to be accompanied by a guide, or alone with your kayak, sublime!
