This 45 m² property, which can accommodate up to 6 people, features a swimming pool and Wi-Fi. It is situated on the 8th floor of a block with a lift and comprises a cosy 13 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious bedroom and a bathroom with a shower.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 13 m² living area with a TV and a double sofa bed
- A fully equipped kitchen including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob…
- A bedroom with a double bunk bed (140×190) and a double bed (160×190) on the lower level
- A bathroom with a shower and washing machine
- A separate toilet

Outdoors:
- A shared swimming pool (unheated), open in summer (opening dates are subject to change)
- Two balconies to enjoy the sunny days
- If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in an outdoor parking space.

The flat is ideally situated in Arcachon, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…

The Aiguillon neighbourhood in Arcachon is a typical, quiet area. Local shops are just 3 minutes away, including a handy little Casino supermarket; the fishmonger’s is the best in the Bassin, along with bakeries, cafés and restaurants.
Don’t miss exploring the Parc Mauresque, the Bassin with its daily boat shuttle services (Cap Ferret, Île aux Oiseaux), the Dune du Pyla and so many other wonders!

The Horizon Bleu accommodation is managed by the Cocoonr agency in Arcachon and will, of course, be ready for your arrival.
You’ll be welcomed on arrival by a member of our team who’ll show you round the flat, explain how everything works, and give you plenty of recommendations and ideas for things to do – there’s so much to discover in the Bassin!

Activities:
It’s hard to choose from the multitude of activities on offer in the Arcachon Basin!
Ideally situated, you can set off to explore the charming Ville d’Hiver district, whose labyrinthine streets and alleyways lead straight to sumptuous 19th-century villas.
At lunchtime, treat yourself to some oysters at one of the oyster ports in the Arcachon Basin – perhaps at La Teste or Gujan – or at the market, just 15 minutes away, (make sure you bring a container if you’d like them to shuck your oysters for you, and don’t wait too long to ask!) then set off to conquer the majestic Dune du Pyla
If you fancy heading out to sea, there are regular boat shuttles from the Thiers jetty to Cap Ferret, Île aux Oiseaux and the famous stilted huts!
The Banc d’Arguin, with its crystal-clear waters – paradise on earth!
Paddle down the Leyre River to the Teich Bird Park; choose to be accompanied by a guide or go it alone in your kayak – it’s simply sublime!
