Located in the Ville d'Hiver district, this bright and charming air-conditioned house of approximately 120 m² features four bedrooms. Parking is available in front of the house, and all surrounding streets offer free parking.

The living room, complete with a TV, Wi-Fi, and a dining area, opens onto two terraces, perfect for enjoying meals outdoors with a barbecue. A garden lounge area with a large awning provides a relaxing space. A view of the Arcachon Basin unfolds at the end of the raised terrace. The fully equipped open-plan kitchen includes a hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, and Nespresso machine, and opens onto another terrace.
The first bedroom has a queen-size bed (160 cm) for two people, a wardrobe, and chests of drawers, with access to the terrace. There is also a bathroom with a double vanity, washing machine, and toilet. The second bedroom has a double bed (140 cm), a wardrobe, and terrace access.

The living room includes a TV, Wi-Fi, and a dining area, opening onto two terraces. The two other bedrooms are upstairs under the eaves (the stairs are a bit steep to climb), and each has a washbasin and toilet. One has a sofa bed for two, and the other has two single beds. The house is fully air-conditioned.
The town center and its beach are a 10-minute walk away. You can return via the Moorish Park, a 5-minute walk away. The train station is a 12-minute walk away.
End-of-stay cleaning is included, as well as everything you need for a baby: a high chair, a changing table with an integrated bathtub, and a travel cot.
