Located in the JOIGNY-PEREIRE district 1500m from the center of Arcachon and 300m from the shops, APARTMENT T3 of 54m² with view of the basin on the 1st floor of a residence with lift with direct access to the beach comprising:
- Entrance – living room with 2-seater sofa bed and dining area / TV / WIFI
- Open kitchen: fridge-freezer, induction hob, microwave, extractor hood, oven, dishwasher, combined washing machine and dryer
- Bedroom with 1 double bed (160x190), opening onto the south-facing terrace.
- Bedroom with 2 trundle beds (90x200), opening onto the south-facing terrace.
- Bathroom./- Independent [hidden]
It is strictly forbidden to have parties in the rental (inside outside).

or by bike through 220 km of cycle paths which surround the basin of ARCACHON to visit the coast until the dune PILAT.
-The tour bus (July and August) or the little tourist train (April to October) will allow you to discover the city.
-Boat trips around the island of birds, cabins on stilts, or crossing to reach Cap Ferret without forgetting fishing trips, or water sports such as windsurfing, water skiing, surfing, or kite surfing,
- horseback riding on the beach, Tennis, Golf.
End of stay cleaning is included.
