ARCACHON, AUTUMN TOWN – LESS THAN 300M FROM THE BEACH!

In a peaceful residential area surrounded by greenery and charming Arcachon villas, this one-bedroom apartment (T2), approximately 57 m², can accommodate up to 5 people. It features two balconies and is located on the 3rd floor of a secure, upscale building with an elevator.

The entrance opens onto a fully equipped kitchen, including a refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, and a four-burner induction cooktop. Separated from the living room by a worktop, the kitchen connects to the dining and living areas, furnished with armchairs, a TV, and a 120cm sofa bed. All of these open onto a pleasant west-facing terrace. A hallway then leads to a windowless alcove equipped with a single bed (80cm), a washing machine, a dryer, and ample storage. Further on, there is a bathroom with a heated towel rail, a separate toilet, and a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm), a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers, offering direct access to a second west-facing balcony. Both balconies, furnished with outdoor furniture, offer unobstructed views of lush greenery with complete privacy. The living room balcony is also equipped with an awning, ideal for enjoying the space while being protected from the sun.

The apartment is very well-equipped and enjoys a prime location: the beach is less than 300 meters away, and the nearest shops (pharmacy, bakery, newsagent/tobacconist) are 550 meters away. Although there is no dedicated parking, parking in the neighborhood is free and easy. Pets are not allowed. Linens are not provided but can be rented from our partner "Le Linge du Bassin" (code: vacances33). Cancellation insurance is included (optional membership). The final cleaning is included, following normal and regular maintenance of the rental during the stay.
