We are offering this charming 32 m² flat in Arcachon, less than a kilometer from the beach, which can accommodate up to 4 travelers. Located on the 1ᵉʳ floor (no lift), it consists of a pretty living room, fitted kitchen, a nice bedroom, a bathroom (with bath).

The accommodation is composed as follows :
- A living room with TV and 1 double sofa bed
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, hob, etc.
- A bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with bath and WC

Outside :
- A balcony, to enjoy the fine weather

The flat is ideally located in Arcachon, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

To get your stay started, we provide you with a few coffee capsules, different types of tea, sugar, salt, pepper and oil, toilet paper, shower gel.

- The Ville d'Hiver district, with its maze of narrow streets leading to sumptuous 19th-century villas.
- Oyster tasting in one of the Bassin's oyster ports.- The Pilat Dune-Regular boat shuttles from the Thiers jetty to Cap Ferret, Ile aux Oiseaux and the cabanes tchanquées.- The Banc d'Arguin with its transparent waters
- A trip down the Leyre to the ornithological park at Le Teich, where you can choose to be accompanied by a guide or alone with your kayak - it's sublime!- Cycle paths just below that join the aiguillon district to the south of Arcachon, as far as Le Mouleau and Pilat, running alongside the sea.
