The large, sunny living room opens onto a fully-equipped kitchen, offering a convivial space with a view of the residence's park on the street side. Thanks to double glazing, you'll enjoy peace and quiet, even in the center of town.

On the garden side, you'll find two comfortable bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: double bed (160 cm) with wardrobe.
Bedroom 2: two single beds (90 cm) with storage space.
The apartment also features a practical shower room with washing machine and tumble dryer, and separate WC for added comfort.
