A comfortable accommodation with a queen-sized bed up in the loft and a couch, which can be converted into a single bed on the ground floor. It has easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities including a cassette toilet with a removable waste-holding tank, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers) for you to use.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please advise that there will be other guests on the property—where three other tiny houses sit on the same property. If you want to book in groups, please contact your land host 24 hrs in advance to make arrangements.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny house and its surroundings, including our cellar door, which is accessible during open hours. Except for the wine factory on the vineyard grounds, which is restricted to approved personnel only.

Montara Views 3 is located in Montara Wines, Ararat, just 55 kilometers from Grampians Region and 43 minutes from Grampians National Park—a fantastic location for a Grampians getaway.

Getting Around:
By car:

- Montara Winery is located just 3km south of the township of Ararat.
- Ararat is located 184km west of Melbourne along the western HWY, which takes approximately 2- 2.5hrs by car.

By public transport:

- V-line trains are available to depart in Spencer Street Sttation in Melbourne CBD on a regular basis to Ararat

Other Things to Note:
- No WiFi
- No smoking allowed on the property
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- Telstra, Optus, and Vodafone networks have good mobile receptions
- Please keep in mind that some areas are shared.
- Don't forget to close the windows, and lock the doors when leaving the tiny house
- We advise guests to keep an eye on children inside as the stairs to the loft is quite steep
- Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and electronics (e.g., especially chargers)
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge

Important note:

- Keep in mind that outdoor fire pit is not available during a total fire ban
- Due to the property's rural location, you may encounter inconveniences such as insects during your stay
- Guests should refer to the "Safety Handbook" for all applicable safety procedures and protocols when staying at the property.
- In order to maintain the cleanliness and functionality of our cassette toilets a minimum additional cleaning fee is applied for stays of 5 nights or more. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a hygienic experience during your stay.
