"The good: the location was great. Close to a few metro stations and lots of buses. Our hostess/property manager was extremely pleasant and welcoming. The bad: the layout of the 2br suite was just bizarre. You entered into a common room of sorts with strange seating. Then you walked through what appeared to be a wardrobe with a sink (??) In to the first bedroom. Quite small, 2 small beds. You exit that room to enter the shower area which only has a curtain for privacy unless you closed in the...

"Family friendly and quiet, 8 minutes walk to the station and close to Nakano city station. Host was able to communicate in English and made our stay comfortable.."

"We enjoyed our stay here, it's a very small room but it has lots of amenities, including a shower and bath, toilet, washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer, sink, and two gas hobs. Check-in was very easy. The area is really cute and quiet, and very well located for travelling in to the city centre or to Shinjuku station. The shower is very small so if you're taller than 6ft you may need to kneel in the bath. Would definitely recommend as a great place to stay."

"Check in was good. Hotel is more like a hostel. They need to let people know they don’t supply towels. They have a machine that for 100Y you can get a capsule of a cheap towel which won’t help anyone. Quality is bad. BUT the machine was empty the whole time. They didn’t refill it. Which meant we had to go out and buy a towel to shower. Not what we expected on holiday. Also the showers are on a seperate floor. But the sinks areas and get ready stations.
