You'll have: OPEN KITCHEN fully equipped, two bedrooms, bathtub, shower, separate guest toilet, office place, washing machine + drier. Within 1min walking you'll find yourself in the main SHOPPINGstreets, busrafic hub, tram. Within 5min at the Central station, Grote Markt (Cathedral), Groenplaats, Theaterplein (markets during the weekends)

This penthouse offers you a bright and spacious feeling.
The kitchen and living area are surrounded by high windows. The south orientated terrace covers the entire living area. Both terraces are provided with garden furniture and pillows. The perfect setting to enjoy and relax after an exhausting cityday!
Our kitchen provides everything you need: induction hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and a lovely Nespresso coffeemachine to start your day with!
Behind the living area you'll find a working place.
Further we offer a bathroom foreseen of a dubble washbin, bathtub and a lovely rainshower.
If you come with friends: don't worry we have a separate guest toilet with washbin for you!
Our two bedrooms offer a king and queen bed including big built-in closets.
