La espectacular Villa Lúcuma, frente al mar y al campo de golf. Construida en una propiedad de 850 m2 (10 000 ft2), la villa con techos extra altos tiene 4 dormitorios y un amplia terraza con un jacuzzi para 5 personas y una piscina climatizada con valla. Mesa de billar al aire libre de tamaño completo, futbolí y parque infantil privado, a solo 10 minutos a pie, o solo 5 EUR en taxi, desde la playa de arena / centro comercial más cercano. Wifi gratuito (fibra óptica 300 Mbit/s), Smart TV con canales ingleses y otros internacionales (BBC, Das Erste, ZDF, etc). El aire acondicionado está disponible en 3 de las 4 habitaciones durante los meses de verano (de junio a octubre)

Por la noche observa uno de los cielos menos contaminados del mundo, lleno de constelaciones, planetas y estrellas fugaces, mientras oyes las olas del mar a la distancia.

En el interior de Villa Lucuma, los techos altos y las ventanas espaciosas en todos los ambientes (incluso pasillos) dan una sensación de luminosidad y amplitud espectaculares. La villa está elegantemente decorada con un estilo moderno y funcional que contribuye a una estancia inolvidable.

Villa Lúcuma cuenta con 4 habitaciones/3.5 baños:
1 Habitación principal con baño incorporado, armarios empotrados, 2 camas de 90cm de ancho que se pueden juntar y A/C. El baño con bañera/ducha tiene 2 puertas (uso exclusivo o compartido)
1 Habitación doble con baño externo y 2 camas individuales de 105cm cada una (pueden juntarse) y armarios empotrados y A/C.
1 Habitación doble y 2 camas individuales de 105cm cada una (pueden juntarse), armarios empotrados y A/C.
1 Habitación pequeña con litera y cama supletoria adicional (tipo rollaway) para un máximo de 3 personas, idealmente adolescentes o niños.

Adicionalmente cuenta con salón comedor con vistas al mar, cocina independiente completamente equipada (nevera, horno, cocina vitrocerámica, microondas, lavavajillas, máquina de Nespresso y hervidor de agua eléctrico) con una mesa adicional y un cuarto extra equipado con lavadora y secadora.

La terraza es sin duda lo mejor de la villa, con un jacuzzi para 6 personas, piscina de 8x4m, climatizada* y está rodeada de césped. Además hay cómodos sofás para disfrutar de las vistas y una mesa para 8 personas. Las tumbonas y las sillas tipo lounge proveen áreas adicionales de relax y ocio.
*Piscina climatizada: piscina está climatizada hasta unos agradables 28ºC.

Contamos con TV Satélite, TV local, Smart TV (Apps) y barra de sonido con conexión Bluetooth y algunos juegos de mesa.

La conexión a internet es a través de fibra óptica simétrica de 300 Mbits/s y además contamos con repetidores Mesh Wifi con cobertura en toda la propiedad (dentro y fuera). Excelente para trabajo remoto!

Proveemos sábanas y toallas, así como un juego de toallas para la piscina. También ofrecemos a nuestros huéspedes algunos elementos básicos como papel higiénico, jabón de manos, algunas pastillas para el lavavajillas y detergente para la lavadora.

Cada habitación dispone de un ventilador disponible aunque incluso en los días más calurosos es suficiente con abrir un poco las ventanas y refrescarse con la brisa que caracteriza a la isla en los meses de verano.

La urbanización Golf Salinas cuenta con vigilancia permanente y además la casa está protegida con alarma

La urbanización Golf Salinas es un área residencial y tranquila dentro de Caleta de Fuste. A 1000 metros (menos de 15 minutos a pie y sin pendientes) se encuentra el Centro Comercial Atlántico que tiene un amplio supermercado, cine, bolera, restaurantes y otras atracciones para niños. La playa de arena más cercana se encuentra en el mismo lugar (1km) y el centro de Caleta de Fuste, con el puerto recreativo, restaurantes, hoteles y bares está a 3km.

No es necesario un coche, aunque es recomendable alquilarlo para explorar la isla. Taxi a/desde Caleta de Fuste cuesta aprox. 5€ y al aeropuerto €10.

Heerlijke kindvriendelijke villa, water was verwarmd, heerlijk! Zwembad konden we afsluiten met een hekje, babybedjes, babybad, buggy en kinderstoelen waren allemaal beschikbaar. Leuke speeltuin voor de kinderen. Jacuzzi was ook heerlijk.

Visited 15-24 July 2020 just after the lockdown was lifted in the uk. 3 adults & 3 children. Villa was In a great location just a 15 minute walk from the beach and a shopping centre. Lots of shops and bars in the town closed due to Covid but we had expected that and we were happy just to relax in the villa and the outside bbq and dining area with a sea view was perfect. The villa was well equipped, modern, clean and bright and had everything we needed. The pool is good size, and we had sunshine from dawn til dusk. Host Deborah was great. Definitely recommend.

We booked last minute so were not expecting too much. How wrong could we be??? The villa is probably the best stocked we have ever stayed in. Everything you could need was already stocked in the kitchen in terms of glasses, crockery and utensils. The owner Mone went above and beyond our expectations to help us when we had a small problem (not related to the Villa). She was always on hand as was Deborah who welcomed us to the house. If you want an amazing Villa in a perfect location then please look no further and book here. We didn’t want to go home so changed our flights home by an extra 3 days and Mone was superb in letting us stay on at their Villa. If I could give 6 stars out of 5 then I would. Thanks to Mone and Deborah. Hopefully see you again soon.

What a stunning villa, everything you need is there. Absolutely lovely hosts. There was a problem with the boiler while we were there, Herman came around within minutes and a new one fitted within an hour. Cannot recommend this place enough!

This is such a lovely villa, with great touches, very well kept and plenty of space. There were 8 of us (4 adults, 4 kids) and we all had lots of room to relax without being under each other's feet. Would definitely reccommend this villa and Mone is a great hostess.

We rented this Villa for my partners 50th birthday celebrations. 10 lovely sunny days spent in Fuerteventura. We have rented many different villas on the island, this one without hesitation is one of the best. On arrival the villa was spotless and the overall impression was very high. Any communication with Mone was swift and helpful. The pool was warm, which for December was impressive. We had great weather which allowed for some impressive views of the stars in the evening. Internet speed was impressive compared to some other villas we have stayed in. This is great for those days you have to work remotely or simply to kick back and chill watching netflix. Chromecast was also available allowing us to watch stored films from our phones. The bbq area with the lighting around the bar area is stunning. Really great idea:). We are already planning to return in 2020 with our friends - that is the best recommendation I can give. The beds are also very comfy, an important factor sometimes overlooked in other properties. 10 out of 10. Thanks for letting us stay at your wonderful home:)

We spent a week in the villa 24th - 31st August and as soon as we arrived we opened the gate to the villia and amazed how big it was. It is a stunning villia. Heated pool what more can you ask for I couldn't get my children out of it!! The villia is roughly about a 10-15 min walk from supermarket and you can get a taxi from there with your shopping for less than €4 bargain. Our party was 8 people and everyone was amazed how big the villa was you just can not fault it in any way. It has everything you need. The beds were so comfortable and big we all slept very well. It did get a little hot on an evening but you have coolers in the room which helped alot or you could even open the sliding doors to the bedroom and the breeze will come through. I had a few queries and sent Mone several emails with rapid responses and extremely helpful such a shame we did not get to meet him Overall 10 out of 10 villa from me and my family and hoping to return sometime in the future One of the best holidays I have had and a great way to spend my 40th birthday!!!!

We are just back from a brilliant week at Villa Lucuma. The villa was ideal for our young family with baby bath, cot, car seats and buggies provided. The villa was clean and beautifully presented when we arrived and Mone & Herman were on hand to help with and questions about the villa or the island itself. The pool safety gate is a real bonus when you travel with young children as is the great play area at the front of the house. We had a fabulous holiday and can’t recommend the villa and it’s owners highly enough!

I have recently spent eight days with my family, consisting of five adults and two young children. I can’t recommend this property enough, it was perfect in every way. From the moment you enter the property you enjoy the light and spacious interior, with a sensational view from the rear, looking over the green expanse of the golf club, with the sea in the background. The villa is very well set out, every room is a good size and absolutely spotless. Even though we had seven of us, we all had our own space and the three lovely bathrooms were perfect. The whole house has been very tastefully set out and the owners have thought of everything to make their guests comfortable. The bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe space and very comfortable beds, all beautifully made up. The living room has two large settees, ample space for all of us and it is such a beautiful view to look out on. Even in the evening it’s lovely to look out on to the floodlit decking area. The kitchen is well stocked, lots of cupboard space and utensils to use. The outside space is wonderful and perfect for small children, our four year old and two year old grandchildren loved the playground at the front of the house and it is completely enclosed. The pool is warm and good for swimming and although there is no shallow end for toddlers, there are lots of floats provided. Our two little ones absolutely loved it. We barbecued almost all the time and made good use of the large outside table. There is even a small picnic bench for little people, which is so thoughtful. The property is so private, and not overlooked at all, which we liked. It’s about twenty minutes walk to the beach and the small shopping complex. We went for fresh bread every day to the bakery, which is within the Spar supermarket, the shop is also very well stocked. We also liked the restaurant that you reach over a wooden walkway and is positioned right next to the ocean. The villa was perfect in every way and we couldn’t fault it at all, I think it is the nicest villa we’ve ever had. If you want a family holiday, look no further than this wonderful property. We have just spent a wonderful 2 weeks at this villa. Greeted by the owners on arrival and immediately felt at home. Pool is stunning and the villa is well equipped with everything needed for a family. Very clean. We were a family of 5 - 3 adults and 2 children aged 15 and 7. Only thing we should have checked was that we were expecting the villa to have air conditioning but it didn't. Our fault for not checking before hand. After a few 'hot' nights we soon realised if you leave the sliding doors open there is a lovely breeze so actually it's not needed. Lovely 15 minute walk to the town and loads of restaurants that are family friendly. We would come back in a heartbeat! Thanks x

We stayed in this villa for 10 days and it is quite simply one of the best properties we have stayed at. The villa is spotless and really light and spacious! The area at the back of the villa is fabulous with a great pool and sun or shade whichever suits !! Mone and Hernan were brilliant whenever we asked them anything and obviously care about the guests that stay there. My one wish would be for air conditioning in the bedrooms especially as the weather was so warm! However that wouldn't put us off booking this again. Amazing !

We had a lovely week here, the villa is beautiful. Clean and very well maintained. You have everything there you need to enjoy a fantastic holiday. The garden and pool area are also impressive, the view stunning too. There is an excellent shopping centre a short walk from the villa with a large supermarket. There's no need to hire a car as taxis into the centre are really cheap around 3euros. But it's also within walking distance and the lovely breeze makes walking really enjoyable in the sunshine. We wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend a stay here and in fact hope to return next year.
