Fantastic Front Line Villa On Prestigious Fuerteventura Golf Course

Contemporary NEW Build 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom 5 * Villa sleeping 6 people.

Villa Palmers (Casa Palmers) overlooks the 16th Green of Fuerteventura Golf Course - This Championship Golf Course hosted the Spanish Open in 2004. The Villa has fantastic views down the fairway and from the roof terrace superb ocean views can be taken in.

The outdoor area boasts a private swimming pool (heated at no extra cost) sun loungers, BBQ and outdoor dining table & chairs. There's even a practice Putting Green to enjoy..

The Master Bedroom, with double bed, has an en-suite with a Walk-In shower.There is a further bedroom containing a double bed and a third bedroom with two single beds. All rooms have fitted wardrobes and air conditioning (and plenty of clothes hangers !!)

There is a modern fully equipped kitchen featuring oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer, with the laundry bay giving additional access to a washing machine.

The lounge area overlooks the pool and 16th Green. We offer complimentary WiFi and multi channel TV featuring films, Sky Sports together with a DVD player and JBL speaker for music.

The Villa is situated in an excellent position with access to all the local amenities - Supermarket, Bars & Restaurants all within walking distance. The center of Caleta De Fuste is approx a 15 minute walk, a 10 minute walk will take you to the Alantico Shopping Centre & Beach. If you prefer a Taxi it will only cost approx 5 Euros oneway.

The Villa is located a mere 15 minutes by taxi from the Airport costing around 15 euros oneway.

Also provided for your convenience - Ironing Board, Iron, Hairdryers (one in each bathroom), Bath & Beach Towels and a Security Safe.

We had a lovely stay at the property, with a beautiful view over the golf course and close proximity to local amenities. We’ve been coming to Fuerteventura for over 25 years and have stayed in a lot of different villas in and around campo de golf and this one is in a great location, very close to the Atlantico Shopping Centre. We always hire a car, so it’s only a five-minute drive into the centre of Caleta or a no- to the shopping centre. The villa had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, pans, a dishwasher, and all the essentials and we had everything we needed to feel very at home during our stay. There’s plenty of outdoor space with lots of sun beds and room to move around, which we really enjoyed.The only slight downside was the presence of quite a lot of ants, which we managed with ant powder and is absolutely not uncommon in Spain. Other than that, we weren’t disturbed at all which is lovely as you can totally relax. We did have a small electrical issue, but Steve came round very quickly, sorted it out, and was easy to communicate with and was absolutely brilliant and sorted a local electrician who made sure we had power and the issue was resolved - thanks so much Steve!The only improvement would be the pool — the lining has become discoloured from the sun and doesn’t look great. With that said, weather was gorgeous, the view was stunning, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Throughly enjoyed our return trip to Villa Palmers! Villa is just as advertised and absolutely amazing! 25 stars!!! Location is perfect for golf lovers and access to all amenities, beach a 10 min walk. Heated pool is a bonus with lots of comfortable chairs and sunbeds. Aircon in all bedrooms means everyone gets a comfortable nights sleep. So all in all a very relaxing stay. A car is not essential as airport is only a 15 min drive away but an advantage if you want to explore the island. Have booked a return trip already and can’t wait to return.

We had an excellent stay at Villa Palmer, the Villa had everything we needed with a lovely view of the golf course and all day sun. The pool was great for the family and nice unexpected surprise that it was heated during our stay.We hired a car for convenience but the location of the villa is only a 10 minute walk to the beach and amenities.All in all we had great stay and would recommend to anyone seeking a relaxed stay with a great location near to all shops and restaurants.

Excellent property would defiantly stay in the future.Peaceful , relaxing location overlooking the golf course.Good air conditioning.My only criticism being picky is the pool is stated as heated , it was according to the pool guy, but was minimal ,certainly not heated like six other villas we have stopped at in this area. The pool water was crystal clear but there was a heavy scum line which wouldn't take much cleaning with the correct products. The shower head where you should shower before entering and leaving the pool needed replacing /cleaning as the water only dribbled out and you were unable to shower off.Like i say that's being super critical and doesn't take away from the 5 star rating i have given the overall villa.We had a very enjoyable stay thank you!

Fantastic property. Super clean with everything you’d need for a family holiday. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!! Pool area is excellent and air con in all 3 bedrooms is a big plus. Can’t wait to return here in the future.

Stunning 5 ⭐️ villa - beautiful location

We had an amazing week celebrating our Anniversary. This villa is stunning. Spacious rooms with welcome air conditioning. Located on edge of beautiful golf course so very peaceful when sitting by its lovely pool. You are only a short stroll away from Centre of Caleta and all it has to offer. Villa is absolutely spotlessly clean and very comfortable and luxurious. Definitely will be returning x

Another excellent stay here

Previously stayed for 4 nights back in Jan 2021 and finally made it back. Excellent property, very clean with heated pool and Air con in lounge and all bedrooms. A pleasure to communicate with Joanna and & Michal and all questions were promptly answered. We hired a car for the duration of our stay to explore other places this time, but you can walk to the Spar shop in around 10 - 15 mins if you wish. This is also where you can access the beach. I can highly recommend

Fantastic villa

Communication with owners was very quick. All questions answered. Villa was spotless. Had everything you needed. Pool area was amazing, so much space - to sunbathe, dine or just chill with a glass of whatever. Will definitely return. And you get the sun all day.

Just back from a fantastic holiday,villa was great just like the weather, the location is brilliant as you can walk to all the bars, shops and restaurants. It was only the wife and I so a villa was a lot more space than we needed,but we sure enjoyed the extra room and the pool was a bonus

Vacaciones ideales en familia

Bonito, bien cuidado, cómodo, la villa lo tiene todo para pasar unos días en familia o con amigos. Muy bien ubicada, encontrando cerca cualquier servicio necesario, pero a su vez aislada de ruidos y aglomeraciones. Un lujo poder pasar unos días en sitios así.

Perfect patadise

There is literally nothing that I can think of that would have made my stay any better The hosts have thought of everything and the whole villa was immaculate and so well equipt. The standard of the furniture, utensils and towels etc are of superior quality. There were games, a portable speaker there aswell as the beautiful pool.to entertain us. We were really impressed by the night lighting around the pool and the outside area Just perfect really, evertyrhing was. We will definitely visit again

10 nights in Casa Palmer

We know Caleta de Fuste very well having stayed many times in other villas, Casa Palmer has a great location and a lovely view of the golf course you have the view of the 16th fairway and green. Pool area was great 4 wicker beds with cushions and 2 more casual sunbeds and 2 parasols, a outdoor table and 6 chairs, table could do with being replaced as wicker is breaking off, a outdoor sitting area with small table. Inside villa has a lovely and comfortable settee, kitchen is well equipped and lovely to arrive to a small welcome pack of milk, water, tea, coffee and wine. The bedrooms are 2 doubles and 1 twin room double with en-suite and a bathroom both have large walk in shower, I realise bed mattresses is a personal choice but for us and our friend the mattress in main bedroom and 2nd double bedroom we’re just far too hard and made for poor nights sleep but others may prefer a hard mattress but for us way too hard, the communication with the owners were great in advance of our stay and as our stay was 10 nights it was lovely to have a mid stay towel and bedding change, the pool was also cleaned twice a week what would be a huge bonus is a mid stay outside area clean as the wind brings sand, dust and foliage and it just slightly spoiled the look a little but I did brush up and wipe down every 2 or 3 days outside. we all enjoyed our stay and when it’s time for the mattresses to be changed I really hope they will be a little softer and we will then be repeat guests for sure.

Amazing Villa

We have just come back from the most amazing week in Fuerteventura. The villa was fantastic! Gorgeous views across the golf course. Super comfortable sun loungers and furniture to relax and a short walk to all the shops and beach. It literally had everything you need to make your stay a wonderful experience. Will be back soon (didn’t want to leave!) and would highly recommend. Joanne and Michal were brilliant and fantastic hosts! Thank you for allowing us to make some incredible memories.

eine wundervolle Unterkunft

Liebe Joanna, Lieber Michal, wir haben uns bei Euch sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Küche perfekt eingerichtet. Alles war vorhanden, vor allem ausreichend Geschirr, Tassen und Gläser. Die Spülmaschine konnte immer voll gepackt werden, ohne dass etwas fehlte. Das Wohnzimmer haben wir selten genutzt. Wir waren fast nur draußen. Eure Sitzlandschaft dort hat es uns sehr angetan. Der Pool: kuschelig warm und von den Maßen nicht zu gross, nicht zu klein. In der Umgebung bekommt man alles, was das Herz begehrt. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, gute Restaurants. Einzig der Fluglärm war manchmal störend, aber nur wenn die Flugzeuge das Haus Richtung Flughafen passierten, was aber nicht immer der Fall war. Ach ja: Das Bett! Everything was perfect from my first message when booking. Great communication with the owner. Check in,cleanliness,location,facilities were all first class. Everything was top quality both inside and out. The pool was great and very warm. Even the neighbours were good. Would highly recommend this villa and will hopefully be booking again in the future.

Lovely villa on golf course

Villa was lovely and well equipped. Was slightly annoyed at having to buy toilet rolls as every where else we’ve stayed at this was included. Location very quiet and about 15 minute walk from amenities. Not alot going on around this area too quiet. Would choose a different location next time due to the location of the villa. Lots of problems with electrics at the villa. Fuses kept going off.
