Family room on the first floor that can be converted into an additional bedroom if needed. It overlooks an internal courtyard with orchids, a fountain, and a fire pit to enjoy good company and a relaxing atmosphere to savor a good wine.

The dining room is spacious along with the main living room, both spaces can be incorporated into the internal courtyard which has an open roof with natural plants for ventilation.
The kitchen is fully equipped with access to the lobby.

Second Level: It features a well-lit hallway with access to a lovely terrace to enjoy a cup of coffee, a charming outdoor breakfast area.
