"The hotel was okay overall. The beds were very comfortable, although the rooms felt quite dark. Unfortunately, the first room we were given was right next to the elevator, and the noise was extremely loud and made it difficult to relax. Thankfully, Expedia’s Virtual Assistant was incredibly helpful. They responded immediately and helped arrange for our room to be changed very quickly, which we really appreciated. The second room was much better, and we were able to enjoy the rest of our stay...

"Not the best but thankfully I only stayed one night. AC has a loud squeaky sound to it and kept waking us up at night. Fridge isn’t clean with a but of mold in it. Water wouldn’t go down the drain during/ after shower so we basically showered in a puddle that took forever to go down the drain. Not to mention, I requested a baby crib because it says that they have that option free of charge but when I got to the room and asked for it they said that the people who asked for it before us broke it...

"Room was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. Not a 5-star review because the housekeeping ignored the “do not disturb” sign and entered the room while we were still occupying it. We talked with a very friendly management and they said they’d have a discussion with the staff."
