"What a gem! Quiet, private. Bright, simple, clean, light decor. Very central to all the best places in Sonoma County. Pricing reflects this. Note that this downtown location is in a business and government services part of town, so just like any downtown in any city, stay aware of surroundings. Amazing Italian restaurant is just four doors down, walking distance to Wednesday Night Market, minutes to everything you could want. Off street parking behind tall private gate. Narrow staircase up to...

"Better than expected at this price level. Walked everywhere easily, free local calls helped me keep in touch without extra charges as well as cooling air during hot afternoons unlike some other stays I've tried here."

"Nice little pool area made the stay more enjoyable than expected."

"'Ideal spot for road trippers located less than fifteen minutes walking distance from Charles M Schultz Museum and under ten minutes driving to Sonoma County Fairgrounds.' Air conditioning handled summer heat well, fresh towels every day kept things comfortable too."

"We liked having free local calls included, made keeping in touch simple. Room felt cozy for two with good air conditioning too."

"Loved to stay at this property. It was a short Uber ride to lots of wineries and the resort was so beautiful. Super comfy and convenient. The parking was easy, super clean and the check in was so easy."

"Clean and modern property, good location, incredibly accommodating host. We will be back."

"This condo was just perfect! The kitchen was thoughtfully stocked and clean. The host had small toiletry bottles in case we had forgotten something. It was nice to have both a front and back patio so we could follow the sun! There are multiple electrical outlets for those of us who brought work, which was a pleasant surprise. And parking is conveniently located adjacent to the property. The front door lock mechanism is updated and very easy to operate. Thank you! Really enjoyed...

"Excellent overall"
