"A perfect property. I'm situated on a beautiful cove facing saint martin. It was so quiet here and peaceful ... and our air conditioning work great despite it being over a hundred outside one or two day. Super comfortable and conveniently located in the middle of the island so everything is about 15 minutes or so away if you go north and even a little quicker if you go to meads the bay, or sandy ground is 5 minutes. The closest great restaurant is Tasty's, and it's fantastic! The swimming pool...
