Ancient farmhouse in the heart of the Tuscan hills with swimming pool and panoramic view

Casa Mancino is an old typical Tuscan building nestled at an altitude of 600 meters, on top of a hill on a 2 hectare property planted with olive and other fruit trees. Totally isolated, the calm is absolute and the panoramic view. We wake up in the morning to the song of birds.

The small fenced garden, directly surrounding the house and the swimming pool is exclusively planted with aromatic herbs (rosemary, sage, thyme of various kinds, bay leaf, oregano), lavender and fig trees. The scents of the south are made according to the wind. This same wind which in the evening gently refreshes the air even after a day of heat waves, and makes the nights sweet and pleasant.

The Mancino house is a cozy home full of charm with neat decoration and offering all modern comfort. Its stone walls of almost 80cm thick guarantee a pleasant freshness inside even during the day. It has been completely renovated with old materials, tiles, exposed beams, etc.

It is perfect for a family but can also accommodate two couples and two to four children.

On the garden level
You will find a spacious and rustic kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher, a fan or convection oven, a large stove with gas burners, and above all all the utensils necessary for lovers of good cooking. Direct access to the pergola facilitates outdoor dining where you will also find a gas grill / plancha and comfortable garden furniture.
Adjoining the kitchen / dining room, you will also find a living room, with a flat screen (satellite dish), free access to Netflix and access to a south-facing terrace with a table, chairs and a parasol. Finally, a shower room with WC and a utility room.

First floor
A porch with bread oven and armchairs where you can quietly read in the shade of the tiles
Two bedroom; the first, a master suite, king size bed with a particularly comfortable and cozy mattress and a small sofa bed for children, a large bathroom with shower, sink, wc and bidet. The second, a (passage) room for children or teenagers with two single beds.

On the second floor
The attic under the roof pitch, with twin beds and a single bed. Please note that the stairwell is not partitioned and therefore a second couple could feel a lack of privacy!

The casa Mancino is an ideal house to spend a holiday in peace and in perfect disconnection, by the pool or under the pergola, and enjoy an exceptional panoramic view and nature for the only neighbor.

The direct surroundings of the house are perfect for walks or mountain biking and the region is full of tourist attractions of all kinds.
