"Overall decent place to stay. Some maintenance (guessing its a 1960's home) and landscape issues to address. Bring your own pillow if you don't like a fat hard pillow. Bed's were comfortable though. Nice kitchen and one nice bathroom. Second bath needs updates. Would be nicer with an outside sitting area in the back. "

"The Host was a great communicator. The property was very nice, clean, quiet and private. Rv site was level. A perfect place to enjoy riding the Monon trail - access was immediately adjacent. I would recommend this site AND stay here again when in the area!"

"This was a really neat idea, and the kids were very excited to stay in an RV. I will start by saying it was very clean. It was not advertised that this was on private property right next to the house until check in time. The location was also not optimal because it was right next to the main road where you could hear every car, and the entrance was across from what looked like a lot of junk. . we had to deal with a dog barking all night, long, but we made the best of all this. "Really happy that the bed was a real mattress and not memory foam! Slept like a rock. Neighborhood is sketchy but the home was really quiet, new, and very cozy. Wonderful stove and oven for cooking. It's within walking distance to the college and close to coffee shops and main drag. I am happy they provided board games, nice dinnerware, and two tvs. Thanks again!"

"The host was so welcoming and available for support if we needed anything at all! The place was amazing! Incredible view over downtown and with such great amenities. The kitchen was perfect for our all the Thanksgiving cooking we did. We really appreciated all the visual aids that showed us where to park and where certain things were located that we might need during our stay. We will absolutely try to stay here again!"

"This property was so clean and so well appointed. The host thought of everything! The kitchen appliances were top grade (the kitchen was lovely). Every kitchen utensil you need was available (including tools for the gas grill). The yard was perfect for grandkids to play in — so clean and manicured. They accept dogs too! They have coolers in the garage that you can use for IU tailgating!The beds were great and the linens/towels were 5 star hotel quality. You really can’t go wrong with this...
