"We had a great holiday in the villa and specifically enjoyed the garden, pool and location on top of a hill. Small grocery in 5 min drive. Although 40 min drive to Ancona / the coast, the location for us was nothing less than fabulous. Visited several wineries in the neighbourhood as well as a olive oil maker. Contact with owner is very prompt and smooth; check-in and check-out effortless."

"We where absolutely overwhelmed by the beauty and the soul of this place. It was practical, beautiful, stylish, confortable, Very very well equiped. It was generous with water in bottles for a whole week, with a lot of things in the kitchen everything irradiated generosity and taste. "Cristiano war ein sehr entspannter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber! Das Haus ist sehr schön und geräumig, perfekt für eine kleine Reise mit mehreren Leuten. Avenale ist ein schöner und ruhiger Ort. Das Internet war nicht besonders schnell, war aber in Ordnung. Zum Einkaufen fährt man gut und gerne 30 Minuten, kann aber auch in dem kleinen Laden nebenan einkaufen. Vielen Dank, Cristiano... "Prima huis maar wat tegenviel was het feit dat het ( vrij kleine ) zwembad gedeeld moest worden met de gasten van het aanpalende huurhuis. Hier is niets over terug te vinden in de advertentie. Wij hadden geluk dat onze buren geen gebruik maakten van het zwembad maar als dat wel zo was geweest waren er veel te weinig stoelen en ligbedden aanwezig! Graag dus aanpassing in de advertentie op VRBO!"

"We (4 adults and 4 children) had a wonderful holiday in a fantastic property. The modern farmhouse is surrounded by cornfields and in around 15-20 minutes by car you are at the beach. The house has very good facilities. The kitchen has everything you need and the garden is just huge...same is the pool...just amazing! Outside there is enough seating available for dining as well as lounge chairs to relax by the pool area. The owner was extremely hospitable and helpful! We already had some drinks...

The views are as advertised, Beautiful, looking over the valley and water was fantastic. Because for our trip the weather was perfect, we were able to enjoy the patio area morning and night without any discomfort, no jackets or warm cloths needed. "Uns hat hat es sehr gut gefallen. Von der Wohnung ist man fussläufig in 10 Minuten am Badestrand was für einen Städteurlaub sensationell ist. Uns hat auch das Wohngebiet gefallen, da man ein Stück einfach mitleben kann. Man bekommt alles von Supermarkt über Bank und Friseur. Ein bisschen viel Verkehr...."
