"Great House with lots of room to spread out. It was a short stroll to the ocean where we watched the sunrise while having a good morning cup of coffee. The kids enjoyed playing on the beach and running from the surf. As we went on adventures away from the house we learned to get on the road before 10 AM to avoid the traffic."

"Absolutely impressive home! TONS of room, we are already looking to plan our return…nice & quiet, absolutely everything you need for your vacation and a WHOLE lot more. "This property is exactly as listed. Even first impression walking through the door looking right out the sliding glass door is "WOW". Literally right on the water, amazing views, cool breeze and quiet. We went for our honeymoon and although not "fancy", it felt like home. We spent alot of time on the covered lanai. From morning coffee to evening drinks. House is stocked with everything you need and more. Absolutely staying here again when we come back."

"We’ve stayed here twice already. It’s an unbeatable location with beach access on a pristine quiet beach. It’s next to a river full of palm trees with a jungle look. The property is huge with a large private lawn/garden. The only ding on this listing is that it’s an outdated beach bungalow. It’s overpriced for the accommodations but we still go back because the location is amazing."

"We loved this little piece of paradise. Great beach access and close to plenty of things to do and places to eat in Kapaa. Plenty of gear for snorkeling, bogey boarding, and chilling on the beach. Great mini market right down the road with fresh tuna poke and sushi every day! The Ginger House is well equipped for the chef and the grill master! The host was very responsive and had great recommendations for everything Kauai. We will be back soon!"
