The property is a very old, protected historic landmark. The exterior of the property cannot be renovated due to large-scale construction work near the property; the property looks as old as it is.

Free parking is available on the driveway if arranged in advance.

Early luggage drop-off and luggage storage after check-out are possible if arranged in advance.

The following house rules and policies are mandatory and non-negotiable.

The space
Free parking on the driveway. Street parking is metered; please park only on the driveway.

This is a very old, protected building with monument status and a heritage listing. This means that the exterior cannot be repaired; the windows are very old, and several repairs and upgrades are needed to the exterior, but local laws and regulations make this difficult.

The interiors have been completely renovated and are brand new.

The property has a central heating, cooling, and ventilation system using underfloor and overhead ceiling systems.

Tap water is safe to drink; there is no need to buy bottled water.

The guest rooms are on the first floor; renovation of the first floor is currently underway.

Guest Access
Guests have their own small studio apartment inside the house, with an en suite bathroom and a small kitchenette.

The room has a microwave, a small refrigerator with a freezer, and an induction cooktop with an exhaust fan.

If other kitchen appliances are needed, they are available in another shared kitchen. Other appliances available include an oven, toaster, and capsule coffee machine.

Other things to note
Please follow the house rules during your stay:

- If you are carrying heavy luggage, you must carry it up or down the stairs; do not drag it. Dragging heavy luggage damages the anti-slip protection on the edges of the staircase.

- Leave dirty shoes at the entrance. Clean shoes are acceptable, provided they do not bring in or spread dirt.

- Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM to allow other residents to sleep peacefully.

- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.

- If you have marijuana, cannabis, or weed, please do not open it inside the room, as the smell spreads throughout the property and does not dissipate easily.

- No parties

- Please do not invite guests who are not registered and booked to stay at the property.
