very cute little apartement on the water, very comfortable bed, great pillow situation. a small fridge and cutlery for cold meals, buses and trams rather reachable. the only thing i missed was a toaster.

The houseboat was the perfect way to stay in Amsterdam. It had everything we needed, plus we felt close to nature in the city. Close to all public transport. Bernard was very responsive and accommodating, supplying us with fresh towels and trash removal halfway through our 7-day stay.

Not a true studio. More like a partitioned off master bedroom.

Not really a studio but more like a partitioned off master bedroom that's unfinished. The so called kitchenette has nothing more than a sink, refrigerator and kettle/coffee machine. No microwave or stove which would make it a "true" kitchenette. The hosts were fine, but not fully attentive to questions when asked. The so called balcony didn't hold more than 2 foldable chairs in the "front" porch, not the scenic back canal view. Unfinished particleboard walls made it appear cheap and thrown together for monetary purposes. Maybe others found it artistic? It's no where close to public transit, restaurants or grocery stores. It's fine if you rent a car and want seclusion. It's also near the University and airport so those with noise sensitivity will need ear plugs. Again, the hosts were nice. This location was not public transit friendly.

Quiet oasis on the outskirts

Was a perfect place to rejuvenate from our daily adventures. All of the public transportations options just 15 minute walk to get anywhere you wish. Loved the cozy and clean accommodations, kitchenette, accessible lighting, outlets, storage and seating - perfectly appointed for essential travel needs. Check in/out was easy. Short Trip to amsterdam

Tolles Studio, optimal für 2 Personen auf dem Bett liegend mit Blick auf den Grande. Nächste Haltestelle 10 min. zu Fuß in 30 Minuten am Central Station. Mehrtagesticket lohnt sich in jedem Fall im Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Sehr freundliche Vermieter und unkompliziert. Gerne wieder😊

Good value for money

Stayed 2 nights with my sisters - very clean, host was helpful before arrival, check in was easy and the accommodation, although basic, was very clean, well arranged and had all you needed for a short stay. Easy travel into centre of city by tram.

Very comfortable, cosy suite

This suite was perfect for our short term stay in Amsterdam. It is conveniently located close to transit stops which makes it seamless to get downtown. Checking in and out was good too as the owner meets you to deliver the key and show you around the suite.

Es ist eine so schöne Erfahrung mal auf dem Hausboot in einer kleinen Hausbootsiedlung zu wohnen. Das kleine Apartment ist liebevoll und cool in Marke Eigenbau eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und total hilfsbereit! Tolles Flair und ruhig gelegen, trotzdem ist die Metro gleich in der Nähe um unkompliziert in die Stadt zu kommen. Früh kann man einen in den Tag Starter Tee oder Kaffee trinken, frühstücken dann unterwegs. Es sind keine Parkplätze am Boot dabei, aber es gibt davor auf der Strasse oder auf einem Parkplatz gleich in der Nähe gegen Gebühr Parkplätze. Unbedingt mal machen!

Süßes Studio in ruhiger Lage

Die Unterkunft auf einem Hausboot ist sehr besonders. Sehr klein, aber gemütlich. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich. Was ich anmerken möchte ist, dass es keine Kochgelegenheit gibt. Das hatten wir von der Beschreibung "Kochnische" eigentlich erwartet. Anaonsten hat es uns sehr gut gefallen.

Simple waterside home. Comfortable, host very helpful. Directions from host should have been easy but line 51 not going from Central Station so not so easily accessible. Though shows as having kitchen, details show it has no cooking facilities.

What a gem of a place

I booked the houseboat to stay with my sisters and we all fell in love with the place. It was very convenient and cosy and not too far from Amsterdam centre. We enjoyed the peace and quiet and we will definitely treasure the days we spent there. Thank you Bernard for this lovely private studio.

Schönes Appartment auf Hausboot

Sehr schöne und außergewöhnliche Anlage. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist das Zustellbett für 3. Person. Es ist ein Futon - Sessel mit sehr dünner Matratze, dadurch sehr hart und unbequem. Maximal für Kinder empfehlenswert.
