A Home to Relax and Unwind
Pale wood floors, crisp white walls and three tall canal-facing windows give this studio a calm, light-filled feel from the moment you walk in. The L-shaped denim banquette under leafy palm-print wallpaper is built for slow mornings with coffee and afternoons with a book, while the wall-mounted Smart TV, fresh towels, welcome tea and coffee make it easy to settle straight in. A separate door leads through to a snug bedroom alcove with warm reading lights and Amsterdam-themed art above the bed.

The Layout

• Living area: Open-plan room with pale wood floors, an L-shaped window banquette dressed in denim cushions and bold patterned pillows, wall-mounted Smart TV, full-length mirror and a mustard wardrobe nook with coat hooks and book shelves.

• Kitchen: Compact white kitchenette along one wall with sink, hob, kettle, fridge, wine glasses and a small selection of tea, coffee and welcome treats for arrival.

• Bedroom 1: Separate bedroom alcove with a double bed, crisp white linen, two warm wall-mounted reading lights, framed Amsterdam artwork and built-in storage beneath the bed.

• Bathroom: En-suite off the bedroom with a walk-in rainfall shower, backlit mirror, vanity sink and clean white tilework.

Location
You are staying in the Jordaan, one of Amsterdam`s most loved neighbourhoods, where narrow streets, gabled canal houses and quiet bridges create a village feel right in the centre of the city. Café terraces, bakeries and independent boutiques sit on the doorstep, and the main sights of the old town are all within a comfortable walk.

Good to Know Before You Book
The studio sits on the first floor of a historic canal house, which means there are stairs and no lift, and Dutch canal stairs are typically steep and narrow, so please pack with that in mind. The space is compact and cleverly designed for one or two guests, with a kitchenette suited to light cooking and breakfasts rather than full meals. As the building sits on a lively stretch of the Prinsengracht near cafés and bars, some street and canal noise can carry through the windows, particularly at weekends. There is no parking at the property and surrounding canal streets are permit only, so we recommend the Q-Park Westermarkt garage around 6 minutes on foot, or arriving by train and tram. Self check-in is by lockbox from 3pm, with full instructions sent on the morning of arrival.

The studio is conveniently located just a short walk from Kikki`s Bar, one of the most popular spots in the area. Kikki`s has built a real reputation for itself, it was even featured on Top Jaw, the well-known food and drink review series.

House rules
• No smoking, pets or parties
• Maximum 2 guests; only registered guests permitted on the property
• Respect neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, especially between 10pm and 8am
• Please remove shoes inside to protect the floors
• Dispose of rubbish and recycling in the designated bins
• Lock all windows and doors when leaving the studio
• Return the keys to the lockbox on departure
• Treat the space with care and report any damages or issues promptly

Booking policy
A £100 security deposit is required for this stay. We reserve the right to charge the card on file in the event of any damage or excessive mess. Please take care of the property and leave it tidy at the end of your stay.

Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file. If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled. Early payment is allowed; card fees up to 3 percent are non-refundable if cancelled.

Cancellation policy
Full refund if cancelled 30 or more days before arrival. Fifty percent refund if cancelled fourteen to thirty days before arrival. No refund if cancelled within fourteen days of arrival.
