"This property was a perfect location for us to drop our kayaks in the lake. The owner was super nice and attentive. The price was so reasonable for a great location. Your 5 min from shopping in Saratoga springs or to view horse races. The only downfall was the 1,500$ deposit but the owner quickly responded and helped expedite to get my money back sooner. "This space is as noted and just a sweet spot! We appreciated the acoustic nature of the room as we played and recorded some music . Our main attraction was Hozier at SPAC and this was a great place to land after the show!
