"At our arrival they said that they didn’t receive any booking to our names. After half an hour, as hotel was full booked we decided to book a room in other hotel. Then when we were in the car departing to the new hotel, the receptionist told us he finally could manage to fin our serevation. But at the moment we couldn’t cancel the other room. Disaster."
