Located in Alvin tx, 24 miles from NRG Stadium, while Houston Museum of Natural Science is 26 miles from the property and The nearest airport is William P. Hobby Airport, 16 miles from the accommodation. with a unique pool coming with a 24/7 HEATED POOL, JACUZZI [ UPON REQUEST ]


The luxury Palace is a masterpiece of design:
- 3 spacious living rooms with comfortable lounges
- High vaulted ceilings and huge windows
- Pool and amazing views from balcony on each floor.
- 2 perfect dining areas for hosting lavish dinner gatherings
- Fully equipped kitchen
- 8 bedrooms total: First floor is the Primary suite a luxurious soaking tub with a waterfall and double oversized shower.
- 4 bedrooms on the second floor, each one with its own walk-in closet with a full bathroom .
- 2 bedrooms on the third floor with a game room: [ DART BOARD] [ PING PONG, AIR HOCKEY AND POOL TABLE]

The property also features a dreamy beautiful backyard with lounges for outdoor entertaining: 4 fire pits around the pool along with a water slide and waterfall cave, a full out door kitchen with a large Barbeque pit.


GAME ROOM is a heaven of entertainment:

MOST IMPORTANT RULES:
- DO NOT park on the grass or on the street as we have a big space to park at the property.

The Best

Where can I start. The place is unbelievable, everything was amazing. Jorge (host) was excellent very helpful everything you would want for a Host. I had family and friends there and it was more than enough room to accommodate 15 couples. Definitely book this Palace it’s worth every penny!!

Spacious Venue, But Poorly Maintained for Overnight Stays

The hosts' communication could be improved—expect delays in responses and the need to be persistent to get an answer. The property is spacious and well-sized, but cleanliness is a significant issue, with spiderwebs and roaches present throughout. The water from the sink and shower is unusable due to a strong sewage odor. Additionally, the temperature settings either get adjusted by the host or the thermostat may be malfunctioning. While the space is great for hosting events, it’s honestly not ideal for overnight stays.

Beautiful property but host needs some experience

The home was absolutely breath taking and exactly as it looks in photos. One night is not enough time to stay at this mansion, you need at least a 2-3 day weekend to enjoy all of its amenities. I do have a few words of constructive criticism for the host to provide future guests an exceptional stay. Firstly, I understand check in time is at 4:00pm, however, we showed up at 3:30 in the pouring rain and weren’t let in because the property was still being serviced up until 3:57pm. I suggest the property be ready to go at minimum 30 minutes prior to check in. Dirty dishes were left in the sink as well. I was called by the host several times throughout the night asking if I needed anything which felt bothersome rather than hospitable. I understand he wanted to be helpful but if I needed something I would’ve asked. My family still had a great time nonetheless but I wanted to let you know since it seems you’re fairly new at Vrbo.

Team Offsite

My team of eight engineers had a wonderful time staying the week at this lovely mansion. There was plenty of room for everyone and amenities to spare. The host was very professional. I look forward to bringing the family the next time I am in this area.
