"Front desk staffs should be properly trained to use the system. Upon arrival, I was told my name wasn’t appearing in the system however after presenting my confirmation, my name was located. Besides that everything was good."

"The stay itself was fine but I checked my invoice the night before checking out and saw that I had parking charges on there even though I had no vehicle while visiting and I spoke to the front desk and the lady said it was removed. "Absolutely horrible, They lied about how we would be accomodated, the information they provide is completely confising, what they ask of the guests in terms of how to enter and what codes and rules, is just as confusing, they made us wait an hour after our arranged arrival, completely disgusting, they should not be allowed to provide any type of service "

"I didn’t even stay there. First of all they didn’t even send any instructions in advance. Then they sent me to a different location. The room was in a three bedroom place which I wasn’t aware it’s a shared space. There was no heat (it was 40 degrees in NJ) no toiletries including toilet paper or towels or shampoo.
