"This hotel was fantastic, from the staff (extremely friendly and accommodating), to the hotel rooms (beds comfortable, pillows/sheets super soft, space decorated nicely), to the amenities (spa). We had the half board added onto our package which meant we got breakfast and dinner. The breakfast was a buffet style; with a ton of delicious options to select from. "Petra made sure we had everything we needed. Room included wine, beer, snacks, fresh fruit and lovely breakfast each morning rolled in. View is amazing. We had private sauna and whirlpool bath. Much needed after all our hiking. If you can handle the steep, windy, narrow roads leading up to the village it’s all worth it!!"

"We stayed in the spa area and wow the room was big and amazing! My favorite room of all time. The service matched, everyone so polite and kind. We stayed for three days which was not enough. Ate at two of the restaurants both amazing and even bought a sweater at the shop to stay warm on the Jungfraujoch “Top of Europe”. This is the place to stay no question. Wish we would have booked more time at this hotel!"
