"The house is in a great location for accessing the Coastal Path- north and south there are great walks. Angela is a helpful host and the check in process was very easy. "We love this part of the Northumberland coast and visit regularly, and we did have a good time. I do think this cottage is overpriced for the quality of accommodation. The kitchen and main bedroom are very nice but the rest is a little tired. The furniture is miss matched flat pack and the bedding is of poor quality. One of the sofas is very uncomfortable (kids said like their student digs) the curtains are far too thin and don’t keep the cold out, we had to buy a lot of wood to keep the lounge...

The kitchen was a great size with a breakfast bar for dining and the toilet/shower room was of a very high standard. "A lovely home, only a few minutes walk to the beach and village centre. We were family of 5 with 2 dogs and there was plenty of room for us all. The house is very well equipped and Susan the owner has really thought of everything needed for a wonderful family holiday!"
