A cozy and comfortable 130-square-meter apartment, perfect for six people, located on the second floor of a recently renovated building (NO elevator).

The property is just a 5-minute walk from the waterfront: getting to the beach will be a breeze, and you can enjoy relaxing walks while taking in the scenery.

The apartment consists of a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two balconies.

The apartment is laid out as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with a sofa, two armchairs, and a dining table;

- KITCHEN with a gas stove, refrigerator, oven, electric kettle, moka pot, wine glasses, kitchen utensils, and a dining table;

- BEDROOM I with a double bed, an armchair, and a wardrobe;

- BEDROOM II with two single beds, a bunk bed, a wardrobe, and a flat-screen TV;

- BATHROOM I with a raised shower stall, sink, and toilet;

- BATHROOM II with a bathtub, sink, bidet, and toilet;

- BALCONIES.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: two fans, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board, a clothesline, and a hair dryer.



PLEASE NOTE:

- The apartment does not have air conditioning or Wi-Fi;

- Use of the elevator is reserved for residents; you will therefore need to take the stairs to access the apartment.



Waste Management (mandatory)

During their stay, guests must dispose of trash daily, sorting it by type and placing the bins outside the property on the days indicated on the calendar.

There are no trash bins or recycling stations in the city, but door-to-door collection is provided; therefore, only small amounts of pre-sorted waste may be kept inside the home.

Failure to comply with local regulations will result in a penalty of 150.00 euros being charged to the guest.



7 days beforearrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents through our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax to the municipality of Alghero.

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the information to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian procedure for registering guests staying in Italy.

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013; Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The operating period and daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Alghero Climate Zone C: 9 hours per day from November 22 to March 23.



N.B. Completing the registration and paying the tourist tax is MANDATORY in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment.

In the event of unauthorized use of extra linens, a charge of €20 will be applied for each set of linens used.
