It consists of two floors laid out as follows:<br><br>Patio: opens onto a courtyard with a lawn, a swimming pool for guests’ exclusive use, a porch, outdoor furniture, a shower, and a barbecue.<br><br>The property, spread over 3 floors, consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms (one of which is a half-bath) <br><br>Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine, and a TV.<br><br>A crib is also available.<br><br>The villa features a private outdoor area with a pool, a well-maintained and shaded garden, an open terrace, two covered terraces, a balcony, a barbecue, and an outdoor shower.<br><br>The villa is less than 2 km from the sea in Alghero, and the beach can be reached by bike.<br>Beach/pool towels are available for a fee.<br><br>The property follows recycling guidelines; further information will be provided on-site.<br><br>A shuttle to and from the airport is available upon request.<br><br>The furnishings are comfortable and rustic in style.<br><br>Its location within a fully fenced property offers the necessary privacy within the flower-filled garden, adorned with flowering and fruit-bearing plants, vines, and flowers, where you can relax in the shade of the trees and by the cool private pool.<br><br>The location is ideal for visiting and discovering the beauty of Sardinia and the numerous art cities in the northern part of the island.
