"Staff all quite rude apartments old and air con useless. No lifts we had lots of luggage and 2 kids no offer to help no trolleys and it was a pain to get to room.
1980’s appliances basically really overpriced for what we got so glad only one night stay."

"A very nice location in the old part of the city. The rooms are beautiful and centered on an inner courtyard. Be aware that there is no staff on duty between 9PM and 9AM so you’ll need to read the communications from the property carefully ahead of time, especially if you arrive late. The shower was very nice but they only offered a two-in-one shampoo/body wash so keep that in mind and bring some of you need it."

"Das Zimmer war voller Schimmel und nass als wir reinkamen. Es wurde nicht geputzt und an dem Esstisch hing sogar noch Tomatensoße. Wir waren sehr unzufrieden. Auch die Dusche wurde nicht sauber gemacht."

"The staff was really helpful and friendly. The room itself is pretty basic. The cleaning wasn’t really on point but for short stays, we didn’t feel like complaining too much. There are some pastries in the morning in the lobby which were nice.
The location is very practical and well connected.
As for the pool, one thing to be known is that while it’s open 24/7, it’s not heated so it can be quite cold in the evening.
Overall, a fair place for short stays in Mallorca!"

"Sobre todo muy limpio y agradable estancia en Mallorca.
Nos apoyaron para conseguir taxi y fueron muy amables pues yo viajo con mi mamá de 85 años con movilidad restringida ."
