📍 Located within Address Beach Hotel Residence (not owned or managed by the hotel) and rented directly by the owner.

💳 Payment is made directly to the owner, and the hotel has no involvement in booking or check-in.

🏖 Access to the private beach of Address Beach is available for $150 USD per person per day.
🧹 Studio cleaning service is available upon request for 1,500 EGP per service.

📌 Booking Terms:
• A copy of the guest’s passport must be sent at least 48 hours before arrival.
• Same-day bookings are not accepted.
• In case of no-show or inability to arrive on time, the booking is non-refundable.

⏰ Strict Check-in and Check-out Policy:
• Check-in: From 2:00 PM.
• Check-out: Exactly at 12:00 PM.
• ❌ Late check-out requests are strictly not allowed under any circumstances.
