Hurricane Helene update: We are grateful to report that our cabin has not been damaged. Power is on. Central air and heat is working. Clean and filtered well water. WiFi is fast and stable. We have three desks for remote working. The cabin is fully furnished and ready to move in for mid and long term rentals. Any rental over 90 days will have the occupancy tax charges refunded after the stay. We have up to 3 covered and dry garage bays for storage for an additional fee.

* Gas Grill & Cooking: A gas grill on the patio, complete with cooking utensils and propane, encourages outdoor cooking and gatherings.
* Pet-Friendly: Well-behaved dogs are welcome with approval and fee for each dog, adding a touch of home for your furry friends.

House Rules:
* Pet Policy: Responsible dog owners are welcome; please seek approval for more than one dog. Maintain cleanliness, and refrain from allowing dogs on furniture or carpeted areas.
* No Parties: We cherish a serene atmosphere; kindly adhere to the max guest limit. Exceptions can be provided with approval for day events for family re-unions or gatherings. $800 per day. Max 25 people, outside. Clean-up to and taking trash off the property is to be done by the guest. Any other services are to be provided by the guest.
* Signed reservation agreement required.
