"Room was dated with many patches and stains on carpet. Fridge had no freezer and was not very cold. Fireplace needs to be adjusted as all there was was a low, blue flame.
Property was otherwise very quiet and worked for our 3 night stay. "

Terrible service, toilet clogged so they calim their only maintenance service they have has emergency and took 36 hours for them to figure this out!!!!!!!!!
rooms smelled and definitely the worst customer service.
Dean has not been treated by people good before and neither has any idea how to deal with people! He definitely needs so many classes in customer service.
I wish I can give zero star!!!
Breakfast is a joke!! No workers there, no...

"Walls are paper thin. Their staff decided it was a good idea to clean until 11pm outside my room. I heard nonstop talking, laughing, and vacuuming. I did not get any sleep until midnight. Additionally, their "blinds" were see through. I could see right outside and from the parking lot when the lights were on in my room, people could see me. It was terrifying and I couldn't wait to check out."
