"We had a very difficult time locating the property. Using the directions link in the app, we were taken to a private residence down the main road. We reached out to the manager via the app, but never heard back. We eventually found it by simply Googling the business’ name. I had to reach out to management prior to our stay to get instructions for check in and accessing the key. Thankfully the process was very super.The property itself is quiet and tucked away. "A modern, recently built ground floor apartment. Very clean and generally well equipped. Good location for visiting both Glasgow City and Loch Lomond. Quiet location with ample parking. Facilities were as described only minor improvements required such as mirrors in the bathrooms, microwave in the kitchen. A very relaxing stay. "

"Overall it was great. Good location. Spacious bedrooms and living room. Super hand to Partick station which was great. Nice and quiet (except the birds that were loud in the morning).Two small things to note. The washing machine did not work and the freezer was so iced up the fridge door would not shut. The property manage did respond well but given it was the last day we discovered the washing machine was unable to get a plumber"

"Very convenient location. Huge room which was great! Laundry is odd but we used the heater to dry the clothes as the dryer portion of the all in one doesn’t work. The caretaker was also great. "
