"The front desk staff was nice. The coffee maker was down the last two days I stayed there. It was disappointing when I went there my last day and it was still broken. They also ran out of raisin bran for breakfast. They should have kept the stuff stocked for the guests"

"The room was very clean, it had a small stove and refrigerator, the bed was extremely comfortable and the staff was very friendly, helpful and understanding. I made a mistake on booking the second night and made it for one guest instead of two and we thought the hotel staff picked up the trash outside the door when we were supposed to bring it to the dumpster and my friend had her mom over while I wasn't there and after explaining the situation that I made a mistake during booking the second...

"A/C was great, I am so happy with the breakfast it is one of the very few hotels that provides this level of service. First time out of state with other people and everything went without a hitch. Staff was always friendly and was able to meet any demand the guests I traveled with had. We were impressed by the cleanliness of the experience. Excellent location in driving distance to the best of Ft. Myers, thank you so much."

"The water for the shower was cold all 3 nights we stayed. There is no free breakfast. No blow dryers. No one at the desk, you have to call and number and they come to the front to give you rooms keys which also takes 15-20 minutes. The AC in the room doesn’t get very cold. They charge you daily for sheets and towels but you have to keep reusing the same ones. I wouldn’t stay again."
