Punta Marina is a charming old fisherman's house with its own dock, renovated to offer you a unique holiday by the sea. It is located in the Bay of Pollença, within the municipality of Alcúdia. With an area of 180 m², it comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests.



The house is surrounded by nature and the sea on three sides: in front of the entrance, you have direct access to the sea between pine trees, providing an idyllic spot to relax or dive into the water; on one side, a spectacular covered terrace offers open views of the Bay of Pollença; on the other, an uncovered terrace lets you admire the impressive "Cap de Formentor".



The house is equipped with air conditioning at the entrance and fans are provided. A cot and high chair are available upon request in advance.



Its privileged location, just a few meters from the water, makes it an ideal place for sea lovers and water sports enthusiasts, as you can practice paddle surfing or windsurfing directly from the property.



Inside, you will find three bedrooms and a small room with two sofa beds, two renovated bathrooms, a central living room with dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. The house offers Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV, washing machine, and dryer.



Important: As Punta Marina is so close to the sea, it is intended for those who value and understand the power and beauty of nature. On stormy days, salt water may splash the windows and the scent of the sea will be present in every corner. The wind may move the sun loungers, so it is recommended to watch them to prevent them from falling into the water. All this is part of the charm and authenticity of this place.
